Poometry is a personal bowel journal. It helps you organize your entries and see patterns over time. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. App summaries do not replace assessment by a healthcare professional.
The local journal works without an account or subscription. Logging, the safety check, annual recap sharing, JSON/CSV export and deletion are free. Viewing the doctor summary screen is free; PDF export and additional pattern details are part of Pro. The current Pro features are shown on the purchase screen. Possible future features are not a promise included in your current subscription.
You can purchase Pro and restore purchases without creating a Poometry account. Purchases and restoration use your store account. An optional Poometry account is separate from your store account. Signing in separately with Apple and Google may create separate Poometry accounts.
Payment takes place through the App Store or Google Play. The store manages payment methods; Poometry does not ask for card details. The total monthly or annual price and billing period are shown on the purchase screen; you give final confirmation in the store. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until canceled.
The first release's in-app offers do not include free trials or introductory discounts. Paid access starts after store and server verification. Once a pending payment is approved, you can check access again.
Manage or cancel your subscription in the settings of the store where you purchased it. Deleting the app, clearing local data, signing out or requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel your store subscription.
On another device, use Restore purchases with the store account used for the original purchase. You do not need to create a Poometry account. This does not start a new subscription. If access is delayed, check access or contact support before purchasing again.
You can request a refund through the store where you purchased the subscription. The store's terms and mandatory consumer rights in your location apply. These terms do not remove your mandatory legal rights.
The Privacy Policy explains how your data is processed. When exporting and sharing a file, you choose its recipient. Before changing devices or deleting data, save any exports you need and your recovery key, if applicable. A subscription alone does not mean your journal is backed up.
